The Vicariate of Our Lady of Visitation held its Vicariate Priest Assembly at St. Rose of Lima Parish on August 18, 2017 at St. Rose of Lima Parish. The assembly was presided by Fr. Angel B. Luga, the Parish Priest of St. Rose Parish of Gamu, Isabela. The Parish Pastoral Council of St. Rose of Lima Parish assisted the Vicariate in preparing for the assembly.
